**Your area of activity**:
- You look after employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
- You are the point of contact for managers and employees on various HR-related and employment law issues
- You will be responsible for operational HR work, such as drawing up employment contracts, maintaining HRM systems, managing absences, leave and personnel files
- You actively participate in projects and the continuous optimization of HR processes and company guidelines as well as their digitalization
- You manage the monthly payroll and ensure that it is prepared on time and complies with the applicable social and tax regulations.
**What you bring with you**:
- A successfully completed university degree or already professional experience in a comparable position as well as good knowledge of payroll tax and social insurance
- Your holistic view of the issues enables you to identify and structure optimization needs
- You enjoy working in an international environment and are characterized by your ability to work in a team, commitment and strong communication skills
- Confident written and spoken French and English skills round off your profile
