**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Support sales and pre-project teams in preparing technical and commercial bids
- Coordinate customer specification reviews and planning activities
- Participate in contract alignment meetings and influence internal strategy
- Negotiate technical and documentary requirements with customers
- Define and commit to project timelines, including contingency planning
- Act as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage all project phases from order to invoicing, ensuring milestones are met
- Coordinate European and Asian internal stakeholders and monitor progress to deliver goods and documentation as per expectations
- Drive profitability through margin improvement plans and cost control

You are a proactive leader with strong communication and negotiation skills. You thrive in cross-functional, multicultural environments and are comfortable solving problems and managing ambiguity. You are results-driven, organized, resilient, and capable of navigating complex project dynamics with confidence.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- 5-10 year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English (essential for coordination, negotiation, and reporting)
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and manage international stakeholders
- Experience working in a matrix organization

**Preferred Qualifications That Would Set You Apart**:

- Knowledge of similar products and markets. Experience in Oil and Gas industry or with EPCs
- On top of English, an extra language than the one of your location would be a plusPMP®
