Présent dans 160 pays via son réseau de plus de 400 bureaux et 750 entrepôts, le Groupe emploie 150 000 personnes dans le monde, dont 2 900 à Marseille où est situé son siège social. **RESPONSABILITES**: **Vous devez**: Vous conformer à l'IMS et à toutes les règles et réglementations internationales pertinentes ; Assurer toutes vos fonctions conformément aux politiques de qualité, de santé, de sécurité, d'environnement et d'éthique ; Proposer un plan d'amélioration continue des performances qui fera l'objet d'un rapport et d'un examen périodique ; Proposer, exploiter et suivre tous les programmes de travail de prévention des risques ; Participer au comité de santé et de sécurité des marins français "CSSCT" ; Gérer le Comité de Prévention des Accidents et les actions de suivi ; Identifier, évaluer les risques liés aux activités du navire; Analyser les accidents du travail et s'assurer de l'efficacité des actions correctives ; Réaliser des formations en matière de santé et de sécurité ; Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la promotion de la culture de la sécurité. **PROFIL ET QUALIFICATIONS**: Master en gestion de la santé et de la sécurité ; Connaissance des risques en matière de sécurité ; Maîtrise de l'anglais. Expérience en gestion de la prévention des risques ou expérience maritime. **Qualités personnelles**: Esprit d'équipe ; Compétences analytiques ; Orientation vers les résultats ; Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe ; Fortes capacités multitâches et organisationnelles.
