Pour un de nos clients, société européenne entreprise spécialisée dans la décoration des sols, murs et fenêtres nous recherchons un store Manager (H/F)
Description du poste:
- Manager dans l'âme, vous dynamisez et faites progresser votre équipe (adjoints, vendeurs, magasiniers, poseurs) pour développer le chiffre d'affaires et les ventes de services
- Vous êtes responsable de la mise en avant qualitative des produits, de la prestation de services et de la relation personnalisée avec chaque client
- Votre objectif est de travailler dans un esprit déco pour séduire et fidéliser les clients
- En tant qu'entrepreneur dynamique, vous optimisez les résultats commerciaux et économiques de votre centre de profit
- Vous pilotez le chiffre d'affaires, les indicateurs de performance et adaptez vos plans d'action pour garantir la rentabilité
Profil Recherché:
- Expérience significative de 4/5 ans dans le management d'équipes dans les secteurs de l'aménagement de la maison, de la décoration ou de la grande surface de bricolage
- Connaissance des spécificités de la vente de projets complexes
- Passion et engagement pour le projet
- Compétences managériales reconnues
