You join the Advisory & Coverage team of the Mediterranean Regional Management, as a Junior Relationship Manager. In this team, we support most of the Mid Caps and Upper Mid Caps companies in the Mediterranean region. We work directly with their shareholders and executives to provide them with ideas, solutions and products that are tailored to their strategies. To do this, we coordinate all of Natixis' expertise in France and internationally, including M&A, structured finance, asset financing, DCM, SECM and Global Markets. We also highlight the services of the BPCE group (Lease, Factor, etc.).

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

- actively participate in the prospecting process: identifying targets, preparing and participating in appointments, monitoring developments;
- Support bankers in monitoring their client portfolios: preparation and appraisal of credit reports, drafting of sales presentations (pitches) in collaboration with the specialized businesses of Natixis, KYC monitoring;
- Support the Regional Director for Mediterranean in the management of the activity: monitoring of the commercial action plan, analysis of performance indicators, Preparation of presentations to the top management of Natixis.

This position is based in Marseille with the possibility of teleworking and requires regular travel to the Mediterranean region and Paris.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

Whether you are a graduate of a business school, an engineer, an IEP or an academic, you have a first successful experience in banking, consulting or financial management.

You are familiar with:

- Financial statements and analysis;
- Risk management and you also have a good economic culture;
- The main products and solutions of a corporate and investment bank.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Able to communicate fluently in writing and orally;
- Curious and responsive, you know how to cooperate and work as a team.

You master English with a minimum level of C1.
