The mission of our Chicago Pneumatic Business Line is to develop, launch and promote products & solutions globally across our 3 brands (Chicago Pneumatic, Fuji & Rodcraft) towards Industrial & Transportation maintenance markets.

- Being the ambassador for competence development for the business line globally;
- Collaborating effectively across many diverse teams, including customer centers, channel partners and end customers worldwide;
- Taking initiative to produce and monitor results.

**What we expect of you?**

We are looking for someone to manage competence programs to support our transformation and growth. At ease with digital tools and innovative learning solutions, ideally with an understanding of industrial environment, you enjoy to organize/manage/perform trainings (physically & digitally). You are recognized for your ability to collaborate with international and diverse teams, as you will have to unite about competence, content creation and sharing. You are also recognized for your technical knowledge and value-based sales approach. We expect a well-organized and structured profile, with sound analytical skills. English fluency is required in order to be successful in the role.

The position is based in Nantes (Saint Herblain - 44). Travelling is required as part of this position, but we can talk about that during the interview.
