The vision for the Talent Acquisition Hub is to attract, engage and acquire the right talent to enable sustainable business growth by building a robust Leadership Pipeline in France.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Minimum qualification: MBO/HBO degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent through experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Accurate and disciplined execution; attention to detail
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and composure in a high pressure and ambiguous environment with deadlines
- Customer-centric orientation
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Affinity with systems and processes
- Team Player

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**Talent Acquisition Recruitment**
- Handling Recruitment request and advise line managers and Business Partner about TA processes: you will be the first point of contact

**Talent Acquisition Administration**
- Manage PO and FO requisitions for Talent Acquisition Team

**Talent Acquisition Coordination**
- Serve as first point of contact for the MyP&O Transaction Center when actioning pre-boarding activities (e.g. Domestic Relocation; GMT)
- Coordinate international new joiners in their legal document requests
- Set up and generate key Talent Acquisition reports and extracting key insights in a timely manner when required.
- Processes continuous improvement
- Follow up recruitment request and hires with Talent Acquisition Partner during regular exchanges
