We are looking for a **Tech Data Configuration & Finalization Engineer**to come onboard in our **Engineering**Directorate**in **Martin**’s team : a team of **8**collaborators

**_Your Mission _**

This position is at the crossroads between the ATR Design Office, our Support & Services directorate, our Tech Data (documentation) production teams and our customers.

Your main mission is to manage the transverse tasks linked to the production of the Line Maintenance data, for the entire ATR fleet (in-service and new aircraft).
- You will trigger Tech Data authoring (performed by other teams within the Engineering - Operability & Tech Data department [EO]) by assessing technical Criteria (modification, Service Bulletins, Concessions ) maturity on a weekly basis.
- At the other end of the Tech Data production cycle, you will be responsible for the “final assembly” of the ATR Line Maintenance. Upon reception of contractual and fleet status inputs from our Support & Services directorate, you will be responsible for the preparation, launch and monitoring of the “finalization” of the Line Maintenance Tech Data, i.e. the assembly of the relevant Tech Data S1000D Data Modules so that the right customer receives the right documentation for their aircraft. Any incident during production will be yours to analyze and solve, with support from the Airbus production teams.
- You will be responsible for the production and development of new service offers around Line Maintenance and will manage the edition of ATRnavX-derived products (RDx data) for our subscribing customers.
- In conjunction with these missions, you will be the key focal point for Instructions for Continued Airworthiness [ICA] monitoring within the ATR Design Office. You will coordinate with all the Modification Leaders to ensure timely availability and completeness of the ICA input data for Tech Data production.
- You will also be coordinating with our Suppliers to ensure their Tech Data inputs (CMMv) match the ATR requirements for format and contents.

Finally, you will also take part in studies and developments related to Operability within the Tech Data frame. In this frame, you will:

- Monitor the in-service issues on the ATR fleet and propose Tech Data Quick Wins to alleviate the issues’ impact for our customers.
- Propose Operability requirements for the new modifications within the Design Office; assess, in terms of Operability, these modifications during the development cycle; and coordinate with the Modification Leaders to propose the best Operability compromises at Entry Into Service.

**_About you _**
- You are holder of an Engineering degree or an equivalent University training and have a first experience (2-5 years) in the Aeronautical industry, and in the Engineering and Support fields.
- You have notions of Tech Data, especially on Line Maintenance manuals (MIPD, AFI, AFR, MP, WD,)
- You are aware of the S1000D format
- You have a basic understanding of the Airbus SAP Tech Data production environment
- You are able to develop and maintain Excel VBA macros; you have an appetency for IT and digital systems
- You have notions of Operability and Aircraft usage
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
- IT skills : Office suite, GILDA/GIDOCA, SAP
