**The role**

Within the Retail Department, the Senior VM fully manage the local VM team (2 persons), the creativity and local campaign rollouts. The Senior VM Manager reports to the Retail Director on all activities, making sure all needs of the business are taken into consideration in everything that is rolled out.

**Main responsibilities**
- The Senior VM Manager:

- Finds trends;
- Elevates the Visual Level;
- Strongly links VM, Retail and Marketing;
- Focuses on customer EXPERIENCE;
- Keeps VM ahead of the game and relative to the season.
- Be inspirational and has an eye for detail guiding the rest of the teams towards her/his vision;
- Manage a team of 2 Visual Merchandisers;
- Work closely with all sides of the business, from Central functions to local functions utilising all available support (production, budgeting, VM colleagues etc);
- Be the Visual Merchandising voice in cross - functional projects, driving elevated standard and unique execution
- Win through your team : elevating their capabilities and skillset and organizing a solid workflow to enable consistent performance
- Manage projects from beginning to end, from quotes to installation, including coordination of Operations teams and budget management;
- Support the Retail Team in all Retail driven activities in the village;
- Able to manage conversation with Senior Team Members, managing expectations and being able to influence decision making process
- Real leader, be able to defend projects and points of view and to unite people behind projects;
- Support RDT on their new shopfits making sure VM gets involved in early creative stages of the windows and in-store fixtures and concepts;
- be in contact with head office VMs to make sure the windows and in-store standards are to their highest.

- Previous Visual Merchandising experience in luxury / department store / premium brand (between 5 and 8 years), with a successful experience in team management;

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator and 3d software such as Sketch up or Cinema 4d).
