Global Head of E-commerce Womens Health

**Description Overview**:
It's a really exciting time to be part of Perrigo With continued success in our markets and ambitious growth plans, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director eCommerce to join our Global Women's Health team. This role can be based either in Paris or London with a hybrid working pattern in place allowing you to spend time with colleagues in the office, while also maintaining an element of remote working. You will be responsible for leading the eCommerce strategy and transformation for our Women’s Health portfolio of existing and future brands. This includes the development and implementation of best-in-class eCommerce capabilities to accelerate our eCommerce growth across Consumer Self-Care International and Consumer Self-Care Americas.

**Scope of the Role**:

- Develop and achieve an aligned vision of ‘future success’ for Women’s Health in eCommerce - clarifying priorities, providing clear frameworks, guidelines and standards for markets to implement
- Provide strategic leadership and competitive intelligence of the online business, ensuring the efficient and effective provision of analysis, insights and tracking to support strategy development and implementation.
- Build the eCommerce priority Roadmap, as well as size of prize and ability to enter and win into new online sales channels.
- Collaborate with global digital and marketing teams to ensure we have best-in-class e-Commerce content and experiences across the various online sales models (pure players, online brick & mortar, online pharmacy chains, and direct to consumer platforms) with a view to maximize conversions to buy.
- Define KPIs for each online model and provide analysis and reporting.
- Delivering and being measured against the company’s sales & market share objectives, and profitability requirements.

**Strategy and priorities**
- Drive the eCommerce strategy with clear channel priority across markets / regions, based on size of prize and ability to win, including growth projections.
- Define the online store vision and content strategy, keeping pace with best-in-class e-Commerce
- standards
- Develop a strong eCommerce presence in the US across women's Health Portfolio
- Leverage countries learnings
- Contribute to the global brand plans provided by the WH’s division

**eCommerce Operations**
- DTC platform with priority in the USA: lead project and establish best-in class model overseeing the full flow from beginning to end (functionalities, customer service, tech specs, ways of working, derailers, scaling needs, payment and shipment needs, fulfilment, cash collection, etc.). Work closely with Global Head of Digital to include consumer experience strategy, web design, SEO.
- Pricing, promotions, and assortment: provide guidance based on marketing, commercial and shopper insights; help markets to select shopping events during the year (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Shoppers/consumers: work with the marketing team to understand consumer and online shoppers needs in regions / markets.

**Measurement & optimization**
- P&L: with the support of WH finance lead, manage P&L, Pricing, Logistics, Contracts. Work with local multi-functional team to manage the operational selling relationship with customers including forecasting, promotion planning, inventory management, and business reporting.
- Development of expertise in conversion optimization and funnel improvement in ecommerce platforms.
- ldentify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking to influence innovation and process improvement initiatives
- Capture and update best practices on a regular basis through Global eCommerce toolkits and Brand Success Models.

**Experience Required**:

- You will bring a strong profile and experience in eCommerce, operating at a senior level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and KPl's, digital marketing,
- Driving significant change in the organization with speed and agility
- Work in a in multinational/complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of driving actionable plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience in cross-functional engagement.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder.
- Management experience at all levels as well as the ability to develop and execute fact-based business plans.
