Senior Network Specialist

Perform network cabling activities and management of a L2 and L3 switch infrastructure based on Cisco solution, manage a TCP/IP IPv4 network, addressing scheme and sub-netting, implementing virtual local area networks (VLANs) and trunks
- Management of wireless LAN infrastructure based on Cisco solution (both WLCs and APs), implementing various WLAN security methods, Guest and Corporate wireless scenarios, Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) Services, QoS for Voice and Video Services
- Management of hardware load balancing solution based on F5 equipment in high-availability scenario
- Management of secure network environment and Internet Access based on both a Cisco Unified Threat Management Solution - Cisco ASA with FirePOWER Services and Check Point NGFw equipment, in highly available scenarios, implementing NGIPS and NGFw
- Management of collaboration systems based on Cisco Collaboration Solutions, implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, various codecs, dial plans and classes of services, MGCP and Voice Gateways (Cisco IVR), integration with phone landlines from different providers and globalized call routing, configuring QoS, classification and marking, integration of CUCM with Active Directory LDAP, Instant Messaging and Presence, including call flows and protocols and implementing Mobile Remote Access (MRA) for endpoints and call recording and monitoring
- Management of Cisco collaboration endpoints - Cisco IP desk phones, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Video Conference device; implement common endpoint features including call park, softkeys, shared lines, and pickup groups; basic configuration of the user specific endpoints should be performed in the Service Desk Service activities
- Management of Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service, manage and troubleshoot call setup and teardown process for a SIP device including codec negotiation using Session Description Protocol (SDP) and media channel setup
- Management of Cisco TelePresence Management Suite infrastructure (including also Cisco Meeting Server) implementing Call Bridge, XMPP Server, Web Bridge server roles, firewall traversal with TURN server, implementing resilience and scalable options (Database Clusters, XMPP and Call Bridge clustering, trunks and load balancers, Web Bridges and Expressway servers), conference booking, conference scheduling, resource management and integration with the rest of the Unified Communications components

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent)after the secondary school
- Minimum 5 years of IT professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in networking
- Advanced knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite
- Advanced knowledge of network encryption
- Advanced/In depth knowledge of network configurations
- Advanced/In depth knowledge of the domains of Internet-Protocol based Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN)

administration, firewall administration
- Advanced/In depth knowledge of firewall/VPN configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco products are a plus)
- Advanced/In depth knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting including but not limited to DNS, VLAN, IP

routing, LAN, WAN, and Site to Site VPN
- Network professional certification at the level of Cisco CCNP or equivalent
- Advanced/ In depth knowledge of network security and monitoring and management of network security devices
- Advanced/ In depth knowledge of encryption at network layer and encryption protocols (SSL/TLS, IPSEC etc.)
- Advanced/ In depth knowledge of the concepts related to load balancing, firewalls, switches (L2/L3), redundancy, IP addressing
- Good knowledge of IP Cisco IP telephony architecture and configuration
- Good knowledge of videoconferencing architecture and configuration (Cisco telepresence / Cisco meeting server)
- Ability to understand/write/update/review documentation and technical specifications related to network infrastructures
- Ability to understand common network topologies as well as common cabling technologies and standards (fiber/copper, Ethernet etc.)
- Good knowledge of Solarwinds Network Monitoring System
- Proficiency of spoken and written English
