**Epitech, expert en recrutement recherche pour le compte d'un de ses clients **_un Customer Care H/F._**

**Rôle & Mission**:
Au sein d'une belle société et d'un service à taille humaine, **le Customer Care H/F** aura pour principale mission de prendre les bookings des clients et d'établir les cotations export.
- Vos missions:_
- Réceptionner les demandes de booking
- Contrôler que toutes les informations apparaissent
- Vérifier & réceptionner les documents obligatoires pour l’export sur certaines destinations
- Mettre à jour les Bookings
- Répondre aux demandes de cotations
- Faire un suivi commercial des cotations
- Conseiller les clients

**Profil recherché**:
Idéalement titulaire d'une formation Transport ou dans le commerce international, **_le Customer Care H/F _**justifie d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire.

Vous parlez Anglais et avez une belle fibre commerciale.

A l'aise avec les outils informatiques, les logiciels, vous justifiez d'une connaissance solide des incoterms.

Calme, rigoureux et organisez sont des qualités indispensables pour ce post.

- Poste à pourvoir en CDI (Participation, mutuelle, Tickets restaurants...)
- Rémunération selon profil (fourchette entre 30 & 36K€).
