Digital Marketing Specialist

Requisition ID: 31828- Job Location(s): Reyrieux, FR Voisins-Le-Bretonneux, FRDanfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. In this role, you will be the voice of Danfoss Climate Solutions and will help ensure our brand visibility, grow products’ reach, enrich our community and nurture new leads.

You will be part of a Marketing Communications Team located across multiple locations in Southern Europe.

This position is located in Voisins-le-Bretonneux (78) or Trévoux (01) France.

**Responsibilities**:
If you take this exciting challenge as our new Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist with website management through brand content updates, campaign integration, SEO / SEA, and overall online presence improvements relative to brand goals.
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars - as well as emerging platforms.
- Constantly monitor results, Analyze and report on KPIs
- ensure spend is efficient and pushing out key information in a concise format with actionable next steps proposed
- Use market insights to innovate, experiment and develop new service offerings to bring to market Identify and assist new business opportunities for our customers to further support them to achieve success.

- You will shine in this position, when you have a good digital experience with a passion for sales & marketing. You have preferably few years’ experience in B2B, but you might also be newly graduated with the enthusiasm and right attitude to get the job done.
- You speak English, French (Italian or Spanish is a nice to have).
- You have good written skills. You are passionate about customer centric content and have with a sharp visual eye as well as a commercial mindset. You have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- On a more personal level, you are self-motivated with a proactive approach to all your tasks. You are a team player with good interpersonal and collaborative skills. Creating results is central to your motivation, and you thrive in an international environment with many diverse projects and stakeholders.
