**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**

At Exclusive Capital, we are looking for an Assistant ADV, to join our team in Boulogne.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Back office**:

- Management and implementation of lease contracts / provision of software/ open contracts (obtaining the fi agreement at the best rate, drafting of contractual documents, following up delivery, signing the contract, assignment of receivables, any specific requirements, monitoring compliance and settlement of the file by the financial partner)
- Management of the validity of funding agreements
- Management of contract terminations and renewals
- Management of disputes & doubtful clients
- Monthly billing management + sending invoices in paperless or paper format

**Reporting**:

- Doubtful Client Reporting
- Reporting Synergies
- CCA / PCA / FNP / CONTRATS PORTES reporting

**Accounting / Monthly Closing**:

- Management of the conformity of purchase invoices and mandate + process approval

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|**About you**

**Soft** **Skills**:

- Control of the office pack ;
- Organizational skills, rigour, dynamic and responsive, team-oriented.
- Good level of English required

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**|**What you need to know**
- Role based in France at Exclusive Networks HQ, 20 quai du point du jour, Boulogne-Billancourt.
- Working permit allowing to work in France
