**Role Description**

This is a part-time remote role for a Psychologist at MantraCare. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling, conducting psychological assessments, and delivering personalized wellness programs. They will also provide expert guidance on stress management and work-life balance to enhance the overall employee experience.

**Qualifications**
- Psychology and Mental Health expertise
- Proficient in counseling and providing psychological assessments
- Strong knowledge of medicine and its impact on mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience in employee wellbeing and engagement is a plus
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
