As a Business Transformation (BT) Intern, you will support our Global Business Transformation Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic area within a high-growth startup. BT operates as an internal consulting team, and their mission is threefold:

- Accelerate the transformation of Dataiku from software vendor to strategic partner
- Support all customer-facing teams in delivering transformative value for our customer
- Advise customers on their AI strategy definition and implementation

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Conduct detailed analysis and create content regarding the maturity of the industries represented by our current customers
- Help developing and standardizing our in-house toolkit & methodologies
- Support the BT team in day-to-day activities (such as the preparation of client meetings and internal project management)
- Help design internal processes to support the team's growth and align with all other teams

**Success Profile**:

- Pursuing a masters degree (e.g. business school), 4-6 months internship minimum
- Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts - Fluent in English and French
- Great project management skills, capable of orchestrating multiple projects and supporting teams in parallel
- Experience in a consulting or data environment will be a plus
- Deep interest in data, analytics and artificial intelligence will be a plus
- Able to work with diverse teams and in engaging people
