We are looking for a Head of Business Operations M/F for the Western EU region to join our team. In this position, you will not only be responsible for growing our business activities in our existing operating markets (France, Spain and Switzerland), but also in the targeted ones such as BeNeLux. If you have a strong background in business development and/or account management in consulting industry, we want to hear from you.
This role can be in one of our operating countries and will require frequent travel.

- Develop and implement business strategy, processes and standards to target new customers and partners that align with Ekkiden’s growth ambitions
- Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
- Lead and scale Ekkiden’s business development, sales, and customer engagements in our operating and targeted countries
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Structure, track and report business operational performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local laws
**What we are looking for**:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience with a mix of experience across business development, account management in IT/Digital and/or Industrial offers
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
- The proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with executive teams, investors, partners, and other audiences
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and people management skills
- You speak fluently English and French, Spanish is a strong plus
