**Description**
**Job Purpose**
Provide support to business/managers/executives by managing day-to-day operations, planning and scheduling appointments, correspondence, business activities or conference arrangements.
**Area of Accountabilities**
**Key Activities**
**_ Planning / Scheduling_**
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management level.
- Maintain manager’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conference, etc.
- Communicate meeting schedules and documents to the persons involved
**_ Office administration _**
- Office facilitation/office arrangement for business visitors or customers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums and correspondences.
**_ Coordinate travel arrangements_**
- Arrange business travel and meetings by developing optimal itineraries and agendas (schedule, book the transportation).
- Arrange lodging and meeting accommodations.
- Manage and ensure payment of expenses
**_ Facilitation_**
- Facilitate business workshop/activities/conferences.
- Maintain contact with various suppliers
- Manage the flow of information
