**Areas of responsibilities**:

- Financing and Cash Management:

- Preparation of daily cash position for the assigned subsidiaries and input daily cash forecast in NFTS Portal
- Ensures cash availability
- Manages the intercompany loans and borrowing requests to NFTS in order to ensure financing of operations at local level in coordination with the Local Finance Director
- Executes the AP/AR bank reconciliation: checks the integration of bank statement in SAP, realizes the bank statement reconciliation and contacts the different departments to get information about collections if necessary
- Loads in HFM the Actual cash situation (FER Week/Month) and the cash forecast (FER forecast) based on data consolidated/validated by the Local Finance (who should discuss with other departments (AP/AR/Controlling) in order to report and explain deviations between Actuals and FER forecasts).
- Manages bank guarantees (if any) in relation to the concerned departments and the bank
- Is responsible for Bank Relationship Reporting
- Checks and analyses bank fees
- Payment management:

- Executes payment in SAP and web banking for specific payment types
- FX Risk Management:

- Monitors the foreign exchange risk exposure on a daily basis: handling of requests from sales and purchasing (managing FX operations, following up hedging and data entry in the portal).
- Responsible of GNOP (Global Net Open Position) of the subsidiaries: preparation, data entry in HFM and explains deviation if necessary.
- Follow up, explanation of FX Result (if any) and ensures the reliability of data in the system
- Month-end closing process:

- Contributes to the SAP closing process tasks (among which accrued interests, interests on loans and deposits, FX MtM)
- Provides all necessary information about bank reconciliation items (banks/IHB accounts, loans and deposits, FX portfolio if any)
- Internal Control:

- Enforces Nexans policies and procedure relating to treasury processes and reporting
- In compliance with Nexans treasurer’s manual, recommends and implements improvements and changes to treasury controls, processes and procedure and constantly updates modus operandi
