- Job Responsibilities**General mission**: Go to customers' homes to ensure after-sales service according to the defined schedule. To give feedback on your mission for customer follow-up.- He/she works with his personal safety equipment. He/she collaborates with the other departments of the company.- **Technique**
- Ensure the start-up and troubleshooting of equipment for customers
- Produce field service reports and archive them in Visual Planning
- **Customer Service**
- Provide support to customers on the use and operation of automatic machines, using a combination of a set of troubleshooting techniques.
- **Maintenance contract**
- Perform preventive maintenance as provided for in Lincoln Electric's contracts with customers
- **Communication**
- Escalate information to your superiors on customer services, in order to improve the operation and profitability of the machines (maintenance, assistance, audits, training, etc.)
- Transmit technical information to the various departments concerned
- Job Requirements**Diplomas**:Bac+2 in electrical engineering- or maintenance**Professional experience**:must know how to work with administrative staff, the design office and sales**Technical know-how**:
- Knowledge of welding/cutting techniques
- Knowledge of Visual Planning
