We are looking for a team leader to help and manage our Customer Success Team (Outbound) in France.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Strengthen relationship with our customers and generate business opportunities by showing the value of products and services Booksy offers
- Manage escalations; troubleshoot problems, work closely with senior management and provide regular reports and summaries.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods and tools in a timely manner.
- Multitask and manage a high volume of tasks and cases.
- Identify, develop and recognise opportunities to improve processes and efficiently manage workflow; adapt activities to changing market needs and a growing customer base.
- Maintain records of mx interactions, queries and concerns in CRM (Salesforce).
- Coach, manage and mentor a team of support agents; leading meetings, performing 1:1,
- listening to and giving feedback, guiding the team to achieve objectives.
- Review, create and analyze reports to improve team performance and propose improvement initiatives.
- Calculate team bonuses and meet deadlines.
- Conduct performance appraisals and monitoring of results for the whole team in charge.
- Evaluate and make decisions for the team under the supervision of the Manager.
- Participate in training sessions for new recruits.
- Attend assigned meetings and training sessions.
- Participate in selection processes for your team or others when necessary.
- Supervise team expenses when necessary.
- Represent the company at trade shows or trade events to attract current and potential Booksy customers.
- Participate in ad hoc projects, with other teams or markets.
**Who you are**:
- Experience managing Customer Success teams or similar.
- Excellent French & English skills and desire to work within an international team.
- _Experience B2B SAAS/marketplace_ is a major plus.
- A team player with excellent prob solving skills.
