**Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Junior Business Development, Hiring and Management.**

As a Junior Business Manager, will you analyze the national and international Engineering markets, identifying potential clients and projects and defining the business development strategy to guarantee the growth of the company.

You will hire, manage and support the consultants by using the career management methods of the company such as performance evaluation and training.

**Do you meet our Prime Group Business Managers requirements?**
- Recently Graduated, ideally in Engineering,
- French Native and English is a plus
- Dynamic, agile and organizational skills;
