**Tech Soft 3D**, is the global leader in 3D software development toolkits, and we looking for a **Sales Development Representative** to join our dynamic and collaborative Sales Team.
In this pivotal role, you will support our OEM and Industrial Applications sales efforts, streamline administrative processes, and help identify and track new project opportunities with both existing and prospective partners.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll serve as a go-to contact for incoming leads, internal teams, and our strategic partners. From managing opportunities in HubSpot to tracking license renewals, supporting contract workflows, and ensuring timely communications, your contribution will directly influence the success of our partner relationships.
This role offers the opportunity to work for an international company, at the intersection of sales, administration, and partner management.
The role is be based in our Lyon Office.
**What You Will Do**:
- Manage all incoming requests and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and assignment to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up on sales opportunities and communicate updates to relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate and current records in HubSpot and other internal systems.
- Generate and compile reports for our partners, including data analysis in Excel, dashboard creation, and preparation of summary presentations in PowerPoint.
- Provide administrative support to our partnerships.
- Support contract processes, including handling addendums, new contracts.
- Follow up on leads and contacts generated from events and trade shows.
- Conduct prospecting activities based on exhibitor lists and assist with the preparation of trip reports.
- Oversee HubSpot administration, ensuring consistency in data capture and reporting.
- Track renewal timelines, license usage, and customer engagement metrics.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or business admin
- Proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Solid grasp of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) and office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Comfortable with business-level English, both written and spoken
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a sharp eye for detail
**Bonus points if you have**:
- Familiarity with the software development process or CAx/engineering markets
- Experience in B2B software or industrial sectors, especially with OEMs
- Knowledge of customer journey tracking and lead discovery
- Proficiency in French or German - a plus in our global business
