**Functieomschrijving**:

- Payroll & Administratie:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de maandelijkse loonverwerking via SDWorx en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie rond in
- en uitstroom, ouderschapsverlof, tijdskrediet, overuren, en vakantiedagen correct wordt afgehandeld.
- HR Support & Communicatie:
Als het aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers beantwoord je vragen met enthousiasme en zorg je ervoor dat procedures, zoals het invullen van timesheets, duidelijk en correct verlopen. Jij bewaakt de administratieve processen en hebt oog voor detail.
- Onboarding & Medewerkerstevredenheid:
Je zorgt voor een warme en vlotte ontvangst van nieuwe collega’s en begeleidt hen in hun eerste weken. Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van de medewerkerservaring en draagt bij aan een positieve bedrijfscultuur.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een bachelor-denkniveau en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve HR-functie.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van de sociale wetgeving en kunt deze makkelijk toepassen in je werk.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende gesprekspartners, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Nauwkeurigheid en een kritische blik kenmerken jouw werkstijl.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt een proactieve mindset en denkt steeds mee om processen te verbeteren.
