**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Leveraged Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions and in the day to day coverage of French clients and target clients.
- Supporting senior bankers in the coverage effort of key accounts.
- Conduct sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
- Engaging with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers in both origination and execution projects.
- Taking an active and productive role in live projects and developing an understanding of our clients’ businesses.

**Skills**
- Relevant Corporate Finance experience supporting the origination and execution of transactions (at least 4-5 years experience in the field).
- Represents an understanding complex deals with structuring capabilities across M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets.
- Solid understanding/deal experience within the France Corporate Finance environment preferred
- Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills.
- Creative problem solving abilities.
