**Position Overview and missions**

Carrier HVAC is a global leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. We are committed to delivering innovative products and services to ensure comfort and efficiency for our customers. As we expand our Service and Aftermarket offers in Europe, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Marketing Service Manager to grow of our BluEdge Service Agreements and Digital initiatives. As a key member of our Marketing Service team, you will play a key role in driving our service agreement growth and leveraging digital solutions to expand our market reach and customer attachment.

The role reports into the EMEA Service Marketing Director, but close working with European Service teams, and other support organizations in a matrix international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Service Marketing Manager in charge of Service Agreements and digital solutions, you will,
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, campaigns to promote and support our BluEdge Service Agreements and digital offers across Europe.
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competition, understand customer challenges to make data-driven decisions and provide strategic input to develop and improve our BluEdge Service Agreement and digital solutions.
- Work closely and collaborate with Service Sales teams, communication, market intelligence, digital and controls experts to define best go to market strategies and provide high-impact value proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the service and applied sales teams in Europe to define best strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Collect, analyze sales data and results to optimize campaigns and report Service Agreement performances to leadership.

**Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory and additional European language would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and market dynamics with proven experience in Service Sales, Business Development or Marketing, preferably in HVAC or related industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to work effectively in a complex international matrixed environment.
- Good technical understanding of HVAC equipment, European HVAC market trends and regulations.
- Strong consultation and customer interaction skills, able to articulate technical information to non-technical audience as well as building compelling business cases.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics.
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed.
