If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.- Incorporated in the Supply Network Resiliency in Volvo Group, the Risk and Crisis team plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks and crises that may impact the organization.- As part of the Risk and Crisis team, you will be involved on daily basis in activities that will secure performance and sustainability in Volvo Group resiliency.- As Data and Process analyst, you will be in charge to capture the information from the Risk and Crisis department and implement adapted KPIs and automatize our processes to streamline the department interactions. You will also be mentored by one of our Risk manager and Tier N manager in order to contribute to the team strategy and collaborate very closely with your cross-functional and cross regional stakeholders.- Your Key responsibilities will include the following activities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources. Learn to use tools and techniques for data cleansing, transformation, and visualization.
- Database Management: Gain exposure to database systems and learn how to manage, maintain, and optimize databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Data Quality: Assist in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data through quality assurance processes and validation checks.
- Process Mapping and Optimization: Collaborate with team members to map out existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Assist in implementing automated solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- IT Tool Automation: Study all workflows in our department and generate IT tools and platforms that will contribute to gain in efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document processes, procedures, and workflows. Assist in generating reports and insights from data analysis for stakeholders.
- Emerging technology: Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in data management and process automation through self-learning, training sessions and Conferences.
- Who are you?- Abilities in Data analyse, Computer Science or Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Driving a project in a cross functional environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Thinking out of the box and being solution oriented
- Travelling to IT and Techno Event and Seminars to scrutinize emerging tools
- English mandatory for this position
