**Missions et responsabilités** The **R&D Pool for Glazing Technologies and Techniques** is a Cost Contribution Agreement following OECD guidelines and aiming at mutualizing the funding of the R&D activities (Building, Aerospace, Sekurit Transport). Metrics: ~50 Pool Participants in 30 countries; ~15 R&D service providers in 10 countries; expenses and revenues > 100M€. The **Intellectual Property Department** manages the portfolios (around 9000 patents) from invention disclosures to first filings, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, litigations, settlements The **Finance and Administrative Manager** handles the financial flows between the Pool’s Administrator (SGGF) and the Members, R&D centers (France, Germany, India, China, US ), external IP law firms. Your responsibilities will include: - establishes the Pool’s yearly Budget, RFx, regularizations and related Board and activities yearly reports; - executes the Pool contracts’ conditions; - manages the invoices; - prepare, edit and present the relevant IP and finance KPIs; - supports the Administrator for the CIR and IP Box declarations and the Participants to answer to fiscal authorities requests related to the Pool‘s contributions or licenses; - analyze the IP expenses and work with the purchasing department to reduce the patents’ cost. **Profil recherché** Education** - Finance, accounting, controlling **Knowledge /Technical competencies** - SAP and other financial software - Excel (high level) - IT Tools: Memotech (IP) and Sciforma (R&D) - to be trained if needed - Power BI - English and French: fluent - Interested by Intellectual Property (strong content on patents; to be trained) - Job seniority (>5 years, possibly in an international environment) **Soft Skills and Abilities** - Team spirit and ability to work with IP experts (patent attorneys, BU IP managers of the IP central team ) and R&D experts: shall be able to bring accounting discipline in a world of experts. - Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment. - IP knowledge: nothing specific is required, elementary education (vocabulary, patents’ timeline, database) will be provided in due time. **Description additionnelle (contexte, évolution...)** - **Dimensions**: Worldwide and transversal (businesses Building and Mobility) - **Travels / Mobility**:Travels rare **Qui sommes-nous ?** Joining **Saint-Gobain** means getting access to an exciting and rewarding career path.
