**Region MED / SBU MED Service / Special tasks Operations**
The special tasks operation department take care of blade repair and main components repair up tower.

**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include the following activities:

- Monitor activities related to PALES maintenance processes
- Inspect and assess the operational level of the assessed blades
- Administrative work followed by hours, working conditions and operational reporting
- Act according to safety rules and quality procedures related to blade maintenance activities, from awareness to the audit process, to ensure service level agreements and compliance with regulatory procedures
- Know the blade repair processes, assess the complexity of the repair, carry out on-site repairs with technical expertise and internal maintenance procedures.

**Qualifications**
- BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering certified by the BZEE certification if possible
- A degree or a first professional experience as composite material technician and / or wind turbines maintenance technician
- Knowledge of technical English (written/spoken) and familiar with the Office Pack.

**Competencies**
- Working with composite materials
- Wind turbines experience as Service or Construction technicians in Vestas or non-Vestas Turbines
- Working in confined spaces and at heights over 100 meters
- Technic English
- Comfort working remotely in a Turbine as part of a team with limited supervisory interaction
