Nielsen is a leading online research company specializing in high tech measurement solutions that provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the online world. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who will assume a role as a Junior Testing Analyst, supporting our suite of products and services for European clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Day to day management and analysis of Nielsen systems and data collection
- Collaborate with International teams and the client on site
- Test viewing crediting and resolution of a variety of platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and players (TV, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.)
- Coordinate the test case execution and validation by the test team, including the client, and report on progress, including documentation of results of each test and success rate
- Build an in-depth understanding of our technical solution and dependencies
- Documentation of procedures and automation initiatives
- Investigation and resolution of any problems that arise as part of production
- Support a “root cause” culture to ensure that a true resolution is achieved for all performance incidents identified
- Provide constructive input to team members to optimize / improve operations
- Communicate openly with other Operations teams on issues, handoffs, etc to ensure established deliverables are met
- Provide input on business requirements for system enhancements and suggestions on process improvements
- Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of the French Media industry and streaming platforms will be valued
- Previous work experience in testing and data analysis
- ** Fluency in English and French essential**, and any other European language will be a plus
- Technical Bachelor's Degree or a technical work background will be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of VBA, SQLis a plus
- Hands-on experience with online products and technologies is a plus
- Self-starter and the ability to work independently
- Methodical, with high attention to detail
