Fp&a Analyst Apprentice

Au sein du département Finance du groupe, vous assisterez la Senior FP&A dans les missions quotidiennes du service, et plus particulièrement sur les points suivants:
**Suivi du réalisé**:
- Analyse des variations actuals vs forecast
- Mise à jour des dashboards mensuels (financiers et business KPIs)
- Production des communications financières à destination des Country Managers
- Validation des engagements des dépenses vs le budget et des imputations financières associées
**Processus budgétaire**:
- Participation au processus budgétaire (revue des inputs pays)
- Refonte du process des templates à la consolidation groupe
**Systèmes**:
- Mise à jour des informations de Salesforce pour la facturation mensuelle et le calcul de la gross margin par campagne publicitaire
- Participation aux tests fonctionnels du nouvel ERP
**Etudes ponctuelles**:
- Études de rentabilité, ROI des dépenses marketing, mise en place de nouveaux KPIs
En résumé, vous aiderez l’équipe dans la conception, la mise en place et l’exécution de l’ensemble des processus FP&A pour une entreprise scale-up tech en forte croissance.
**_ Profil recherché _**
De formation supérieure (Bac+4/5) dans une école de commerce ou école d’ingénieur, vous avez une spécialisation en contrôle de gestion ou finance et vous recherchez une alternance pour 1 ou 2 ans.
Un premier stage en entreprise dans un département financier ou un cabinet d’audit serait apprécié.
Une très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et notamment d’Excel, est indispensable.
La connaissance de Salesforce ainsi que d’outils BI (Tableau / Power BI) serait un plus.
Vous êtes capable de travailler en anglais, de nombreuses interactions avec les pays du groupe sont à prévoir.
Vous appréciez travailler dans un environnement challengeant et avez un bon esprit d’équipe. Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et à l’aise avec les chiffres.
