You will benefit from training and support when you start at Videojet. Then you will be led to:

- Ensure the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of our range of inkjet, thermal transfer and laser printers at our industrial and graphic customers in your sector.
- Ensure an advisory role to our customers by offering them solutions for optimizing the maintenance of their equipment.
- Use the computer systems made available to you to carry out your visit reports. Work closely with the sales force to perform product tests and demonstrations with our customers
- Support regional revenue objectives by promoting additional service contracts to customers.

**YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:
BTS / DUT (Electrical Engineering - Automation), you ideally justify a similar experience in an industrial environment.

You have a good knowledge of technical English and computer science (Office pack and networks).

Rigorous and autonomous, you distinguish yourself by your sense of organization. Your dynamism, your excellent interpersonal skills and your sense of service will be your main assets for this position.

You are ideally based in the PACA District (Ideally department 13).

**Travel**

Travel to your clients from your home office in your territory with a pre-scheduled schedule of team/client meetings. Plan travel for about 95% of your time with occasional hotel nights.

Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
