**Country Marketing Manager - Taste & Well-being division - Your future position ?**
- As a Country Marketing Manager for our Taste & Well-being division, you will develop and share a market, consumer and brand expertise on the Food industry. You will bring a valuable marketing service to the clients and grow the Givaudan business by identifying product and taste opportunities. You will manage local and regional projects in collaboration with the Sales and the Taste Development teams. You will also be part of the France Executive Committee, which will give you an important role in strategic direction and major decision-making for our business in France. Your team consists of two persons.

- o **Market strategy - Doing the right things**Build in-depth market understanding (consumers, customers, competitors); be for the Commercial Director on local strategy and strategic planning for France; identify market opportunities and customer needs and endorse these on the European agenda; help drive European strategic business initiatives.
- Represent the marketing function within the France Executive Committee, providing strategic insights and contributing to important decisions.
- o **Improve customer centricity - With the right mind-set** Promote customer-centric thinking and taking the customer’s perspective; ensure freshness in thinking and inspiration for Key Account Managers and Product Development; link with other markets and segments within Europe to ensure information sharing and best practices.
- o **Excellence in execution - Performed in the right way** Cultivate relationships with customers at both country and regional levels, acting swiftly to use emerging market opportunities. Tailor and implement regional and local promotions, capabilities, consumer sensory insights, and innovations to meet local market needs
- Promote customer value and increase sales by developing and delivering winning, customer-focused value proposition
- Monitor main sales and marketing KPIs, providing applicable recommendations to address performance gaps
- Oversee and guide the activities of the Consumer Sensory Insights Manager, ensuring alignment with our goals.
- Represent the marketing function within the France Executive Committee, providing strategic insights and contributing to main decisions.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- At least a Master degree in Food Technology, or Marketing / Business Administration with a affinity for the food industry
- At least 5 or more years of experience, a understanding of marketing strategy including brand positioning, building value propositions, and commercialization of new products
- B2B Marketing experience in the Flavour industry is preferred
- Team player, experienced in working in diverse teams in a global matrix environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Willingness to travel within France 20% of time.
- Position based in Argenteuil on-site
