**Responsibilities**:

- **Project**:

- Understand business niche and requirements within Veepee
- Guarantee that all website pages align with overall business goals, as well as compliance policies
- Work closely with the SEO agency to:

- Help define growth potential strategy
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Plan, develop and implement a content strategy
- Work toward organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Redesign website templates
- Challenge the results and propositions
- Conduct internal training on global and technical SEO best practices
- Help on the roadmap construction according to business impacts
- **
Technical**:

- Be the SEO referent for tech teams: work with web developers to properly implement SEO best practices
- Perform website audit to help implement improvements and identify crawl errors, indexing, and manual penalties
- **
Monitoring**:

- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs: create a segmentation to monitor results more easily
- Regular monitoring of logs for quality control of developments
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

**Your profile**:

- Expertise in SEO and e-commerce
- 8+ years of experience as SEO Consultant or similar role in agency or in-house
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Fluent in english. French and/or Spanish will be a plus
