Internship - People Operations Intern (F/m/d)

**The position**

From shift planning to onboarding and payroll coordination, you'll be at the frontline of day-to-day HR processes. You'll work closely with our on-site teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient people operations—every single day.

Whether it's helping prepare contracts, organizing onboarding sessions, or collecting data for payroll, your role will touch every part of our employee experience.

**Your profile**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Bachelor/Master level)
- Bilingual or fluent in French and English
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn—you're the kind of person who spots issues before they happen
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, etc.) and quick to adapt to new tools

**Your missions**
- Support weekly planning for temp and student workers
- Help prepare employment contracts and process DPAEs
- Coordinate on-site onboarding (badges, access, welcome sessions)
- Track working hours and support payroll processes
- Assist with disciplinary documentation and follow-ups
- Maintain and update HR databases and tools
- Participate in recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews
- Contribute to continuous improvements in people operations
