**What are your missions?**

As a Content and Community Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice. Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you’ll drive initiatives that blend content creation, community engagement, PR, and brand collaboration to enhance our brand’s visibility and presence. This role requires a strategic and creative mindset to produce content that resonates with our audience, manage our reputation, and foster a vibrant community. You'll engage with teams across marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure all content is consistent, insightful, and impactful.

Your missions:

- ** Content Strategy & Development**: Design and execute a content plan that aligns with business goals (website content, blogs, videos, podcasts, and social media content). Create consistent, high-quality, innovative content across platforms, working with design teams and ensuring alignment for SEO and conversion optimization.
- ** Community Engagement & Reputation Management**: Actively engage with our community on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, etc.), manage user-generated content (reviews, testimonials, UGC/IGC, case studies), and promote a positive brand image, including employee engagement programs.
- ** Content Distribution, PR & Growth**: Publish and promote content across platforms, collaborating with partners or affiliates, to expand reach and boost engagement. Increase brand visibility through PR and partnerships, staying on top of content trends and experimentations, to keep our approach fresh and engaging (data studies, press releases, etc).
- ** Analytics & Reporting**: Track content performance, optimize strategies, and report key metrics to drive improvements in engagement and brand reach.
- ** Resource Enablement**: Support cross-functional teams by producing resource enablement content for lead generation, conversions, retention, and brand loyalty (one-pagers, decks, newsletters, etc.)

**You’re a perfect match if**
- You have a higher education (university, business school with a specialization in e-Business / e-Commerce / e-Marketing);
- You have 2+ years of experience in managing content and communities
- Experience with design tools a plus (figma, Adobe suite, etc.)
- You are bilingual or fluent in English, written and spoken (we work mainly in English);
- You are always curious to learn new things and ready to roll up your sleeves to find innovative solutions;
- You have an eye for detail;
- Understanding customers' needs and are able to distill technological concepts into clear and compelling narratives ;
- You thrive in a collaborative environment ;
- You have strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously ;
