We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Max Mara Flagship Store in Paris

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales in compliance with company standards by guiding, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of the on-floor team. They will ensure that personnel are allocated correctly, based on store traffic and commercial objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that the quality and quantity objectives assigned by the Store Manager are achieved.
- Facilitating the professional growth and development of staff in coordination with the Tutor and Department Heads.
- Achieving store productivity targets set by the Store Manager.
- Identifying effective solutions to adjust staff presence on the floor according to customer and market needs.
- Supporting the development of managerial skills among Department Heads.
- Contributing to team motivation in collaboration with the management staff.
- Ensuring that one or more department backups are trained and developed to guarantee role coverage.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager for the effective commercial management of events.
- Supervising the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Encouraging participation in on-the-job training through proactive initiatives, teamwork, and digital activities aimed at fostering innovation and improving efficiency and effectiveness in the role.
- Promoting, adopting, and enhancing the use of digital technologies for process management and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adopting behaviors and promoting operational and cultural actions linked to Sustainable Development, considering the interconnection of practices aimed at environmental care, business process improvement, and community development.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
- Teamwork and human resource management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion.
