Nous recherchons un(e) Hosting Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe infrastructure.

**Responsabilités**:

- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de Hosting en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Encadrer et motiver une équipe d'ingénieurs en infrastructure, internes et externes.
- Gérer le budget des infrastructures cloud, datacenters et serveurs, en assurant une utilisation optimale des ressources.
- Piloter les fournisseurs et partenaires, et gérer les contrats pour garantir la qualité et la performance des services
- Assurer la fiabilité, la résilience et la sécurité des environnements serveurs (Datacenter et Cloud), ainsi que des solutions de containerisation et de virtualisation.
- Promouvoir l'adoption des pratiques DevOps et des solutions d'infrastructure as code et d'automatisation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes applicatives et les architectes pour garantir le succès des projets d'infrastructure dans un contexte international.

- _ Define and implement the Hosting strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives._
- _ Supervise and motivate a team of internal and external infrastructure engineers._
- _ Manage the budget for cloud, datacenter, and server infrastructures, ensuring optimal resource utilization._
- _ Oversee suppliers and partners, and manage contracts to ensure the quality and performance of services._
- _ Ensure the reliability, resilience, and security of server environments (Datacenter and Cloud), as well as containerization and virtualization solutions._
- _ Promote the adoption of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code and automation solutions._

**Qualifications**

Pour relever ce défi, nous recherchons un profil présentant les qualités suivants:

- Expérience significative en **gestion d'équipe dans un environnement technique.**:

- Compétences en **gestion de contrats et en gestion financière** (suivi budgétaire).
- Connaissance approfondie des **environnements serveurs** (O.S., Containers, Virtualisation).
- Expertise des plateformes** cloud**(AWS et Azure).
- Maîtrise des outils d'infrastructure** as code**(Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- ** Anglais courant obligatoire** (C1)

**Compétences requises**:

- _ Proficiency in infrastructure _**_as code_**_ tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)._
- **_ Fluent English required_**_ (C1 level)._
