**Je suis Noemie Wolfmann, Consultante chez Fed Legal, dédiée au recrutement des métiers juridiques et fiscaux dans les secteurs de l'industrie et des services. Je cherche un profil ayant au moins 8 ans d'expérience pour un de mes clients, acteur dans le secteur des médias** **Votre fonction**: Rattaché(e) à la finance, voici vos mission: - Vous accompagnez les sales sur la négociation des contrats clients, la réponse aux appels d'offres en France et à l'international conformément à la stratégie de l'entreprise, - Vous suivez la conformité de l'activité au RGPD, - Vous êtes amené(e) à gérer le corporate, la participation aux levées de fonds, - Vous assurez la veille juridique et la formation des opérationnels, - Vous contribuez à l'amélioration des process internes et assistez les opérationnels dans leurs projets. **Votre profil**: Vous avez au moins 8 ans d'expérience en droit droit des contrats/ NTIC, données personnelles dans les secteurs de la tech, et/ou des médias, en entreprise/ start up ou en cabinet d'avocat, - Vous avez un anglais juridique courant, indispensable pour interagir dans un environnement international. - Vous êtes aussi bien "doueur" que stratège, pragmatique et savez faire preuve de flexibilité/réactivité, - Les locaux sont situés à Paris intramuros et une politique de télétravail souple est en place (2 jours de télétravail par semaine), - Vous aimez les environnements dynamiques, en transformation, et savez conjuguer rigueur juridique et pragmatisme business.
