Summary

Coloplast Interventional Urology is looking for a Product Manager for a new strategic product line in the capital equipment sector (TFL laser), to lead the product. Be a product expert and a strong link with R&D, sales, production, medical department and supply chain, collaborate with sales and comex teams in Europe to develop value-added services and solutions.

The product Manager Drive KOL management together with clinical department and Build, communicate marketing launch campaign for delivery to affiliates

Mission

Coordinate and drive product line with internal and external international stakeholders
Plan, direct and execute various product campaigns, coordinating regional sales and marketing Europe and Sales forecasting and budgeting.
Implement the marketing plan and monitor it periodically.
Creations of marketing collateral and planning of products
Design and coordinate training materials in collaboration with training teams.
Analyze, from a qualitative/quantitative point of view, the market(s) concerned and the competitors' marketing mix.
Define and organize communication and events for your range
Coordinate the organization of congresses and physician training, in collaboration with the in-house teams responsible for events and training.

Profil

Master's degree or equivalent with a medical or commercial background.
5/7 years' experience in a similar position in the medical capital equipment sector
Subsidiary experience
Excellent communication, relationship skills, Curiosity and ability to work as part of a team
Very good English skills and Strong business acumen
Ability to travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
