**About EIT Manufacturing**:
**Business Controller Officer - EIT Manufacturing - ASBL**
- Full-time position at EIT Manufacturing ASBL located in either France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Greece or Italy._

**About the position**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Controller Officer to join our finance team. You will support the Finance Senior Manager in executing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with EU grant regulations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our financial systems and processes.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid accounting and financial administration experience, who can quickly adapt and contribute to a dynamic, international environment.

**Missions and key Accountabilities**:
**Financial Operations**
- Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings in coordination with external accounting partners.
- Ensure full compliance with grant-related financial rules and donor requirements.
- Prepare, review, and consolidate financial data for internal reporting, audits, and management reviews.

**Team and Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Deliver responsive and reliable administrative and financial support to internal teams.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries from grant beneficiaries, vendors, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and support ad hoc business and operational needs.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or grant administration.
- You are proficient with MS Office, notably Excel, and have experience using ERP software such as Oracle or Netsuite
- You are a fluent **English** speaker - the business language is English.
- You are analytical, detail oriented, and rigorous. You respect timelines and deadlines.
- You have a proven ability to connect with people, combining strong communication and listening skills.
- You are proactive, independent and trustworthy.

The role location will be at EIT Manufacturing in Paris, France, or remotely from one of the following countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Greece or Italy.
