Our innovation team based in Paris, Nantes, Limoges, Krakow and Berlin is composed of 100+ straightforward and energetic engineers working in an Agile environment and ready to tackle the most complex technical challenges.
**Your missions \uD83D\uDC47**:
- You work closely with the Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and the rest of the team to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- You have the opportunity to challenge technical implementations at all levels: architecture, technologies, ergonomics, testing, deployment, etc.
- You design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ergonomic and high-performing interfaces in a cutting-edge web environment (.Net 8, REST APIs, Microservices, SPA Angular 17, NgRx, etc.) to simplify users' lives.
- You ensure the user experience by implementing automated tests.
- You share your expertise with other developers on your team and within the company.
**Your profile \uD83D\uDCAA**:
- You are looking for a 3-year apprenticeship to train in all aspects of the Fullstack R&D Engineer profession, with the possibility of completing this training by leading a project independently.
- You have a keen interest in web development: you are familiar with the latest HTML standards such as HTML5 APIs, Signals, CSS3, etc.You have experience using JS frameworks such as Angular or React.
- You are familiar with state management patterns (Redux, NgRx, etc.)
- You have a solid foundation in object-oriented programming (Java, C#).
- You have a good understanding of database concepts.
- You are definitely user-oriented and have a preference for simplicity.
- You appreciate maintainable and reusable code, and continuous deployment does not intimidate you.
- You are not afraid to take initiative or suggest improvements where you see fit.
- You are interested in new technologies (Aerospike, ElasticSearch, GraphQL, Docker, K8S...) and large-scale technical challenges.
- You communicate easily in English, both spoken and written.

- You will have completed your onboarding.
- You will probably have already handled a dozen small tasks.
- You will be ready to tackle bigger features.

- You will be able to work on any part of your team’s scope.

- You will be able to deploy and monitor your team's solutions.
- You will be autonomous on most tasks, although your team will continue to support your growth.

After 2 years**:You will be able to influence the technical decisions made by the team.
- You will be able to lead a project independently, from defining the functional specifications with a Product Owner to releasing the project into production, including the phases of technical specifications with the team.

As part of your apprenticeship, full-time employment with a permanent contract (CDI) is possible at the end of the 3 years, depending on your performance and your investment in the company.
