**ENTER THE GAME**

As a Secops team leader, you will join the Global Security teams, to:

- Define and manage the SecOps roadmap, including projects and run activity.
- Lead and manage cybersecurity hardening projects.
- Implement technical security controls.
- Promote continuous improvement.

**YOUR RO**LE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this role, your main missions will be:

- Design, coordinate and deploy Secops roadmap in alignment with the organization's cybersecurity objectives.
- Manage Secops team activity. This team aims at leading technical security projects and initiatives in order to reinforce security on the corporate information system.
- Maintain system health and ensure integration with other security and IT infrastructure components.
- Manage corrective action plan in coordination with other security teams. Possibly be part of security crisis team if needed.
- Manage cybersecurity projects and/or programs.
- Design relevant security controls.
- Implement technical security measures.
- Bench security solutions
- Produce regular dashboards and reports.
- Maintain technical security documentation

**WHO ARE WE**LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

- You have at least 4 years of experience as a manager of defensive or offensive teams (SOC, SecOps, pentest ). You have already managed projects in the past.
- You possess strong technical vision, with the great ability to work as a transversal team.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
- You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- And finally, you speak English fluently.

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**

Next, you will meet Sophie - Global Security Director. Finally, Maxime will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
