- You will be responsible for the roll out of the ambitious people roadmap, recently shaped to support the whole Biocodex population, based in France and affiliates.
- You will provide proactive and strategic business partnering by understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable Biocodex to achieve its growth objectives.
- You will provide HR best practices and processes’ roll out leadership for some of our France-based teams, including, but not limited to, performance and talent management, training and development, staffing and recruiting needs, local compensation and benefits program, job grading support, labor relations for topics in scope, disciplinary matters upon need.
- You will be a strong advocate of internal mobility, as well as Diversity and Inclusion agenda, that you will boost through diverse channels together with your business leaders.
- The roll out of the engagement survey that you will support for your scope will also be instrumental into making the feedback culture happen
- You will oversee the administration of the payroll, monitor the HR budget in your scope and identify saving buckets.
- You will partner with our amazing HR Team and Business Leaders, to develop and deploy everyday HR solutions.

Depending on your seniority, you may manage a small team of 3-4p.

You will report to the Chief People Officer, sitting at the HR Leadership Team, and be based in Gentilly.

You will be an active member of the Global HR community of Biocodex, which is present in each and every affiliate, and provides strong expertises in Total Rewards, Talent Management & Acquisition, and HRIM.

You are experienced as follows:

- A minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, specifically Business Partnering, with an experience to support France-based teams
- You are savvy in coaching, organizational design, France labor relations
- The ability to operate as an agile leader with an understanding and appreciation for country differences
- Experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relationship and project management, coaching, and collaboration skills with leaders at all levels
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
- The ability to navigate in a matrix environment, and challenge internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities along with formal presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluent French and English are a must
- Healthcare or related industry experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
