**About the Team Hiring**
Our team is responsible for processing financial transactions and serves as the gatekeeper of the Audited Annual Financial Statements. We manage cash operations (A/P, A/R, etc.) in compliance with both Corporate Group Policies and local regulations, while maintaining a low DSO. We provide monthly reports to the Group within strict deadlines and conduct analyses to explain results versus budget.
We support the local business and collaborate with all functions (Sales, Order Operations, Tech, etc.). Our goal is to assist the Country Manager by providing key performance indicators (KPIs) to help drive business decisions and achieve country targets.
**About the Role** As an Accountant, you will assist the Finance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process all purchase invoices for country offices.
- Handle supplier queries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate Supplier Account records.
- Perform daily banking using the online banking system for all currency accounts.
- Reconcile supplier statements monthly to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
- Process staff expense claims, checking receipts and preparing for payment.
- Prepare supplier and staff payments for authorization.
- Check and process credit card expenses, ensuring all receipts are legible and present.
- Complete month-end reporting tasks accurately and on time.
- Provide support to the team during periods of sickness and annual leave.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure consistency between Accounting and Invoicing Management Systems.
**Required Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
