Inside our Cloud R&D division named ArrowSphere (around 80 employees), the Product team focus on successfully managing the different evolutions of our platform.

Arrow's ArrowSphere platform helps channel partners to manage, differentiate and scale their cloud business. Its marketplace includes all the leading hyperscale providers, as well as public and private IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and cloud software offerings. The platform provides end-to-end cloud lifecycle management with features like automated provisioning, comprehensive billing integration, reporting and predictive analytics. ArrowSphere also offers integrated DevOps and customizable storefronts that enable end customers to manage their own transactions

The UX/UI Product Owner is responsible for user's digital experience on the different ArrowSphere platforms, leveraging his/her understanding of users' functional needs to create an enjoyable journey for ArrowSphere users.

You'll be involved in the design of new features and platform evolutions for specific target groups and end users. You will need to understand Cloud distribution ecosystem and each party's motiviation to build an adapted experience.

You'll work collaboratively with other members of the ArrowSphere team and the wider business but also with our customers to ensure that products and services meet client needs.

**Principal Responsabilities**:

- Defining and maintaining Platform Brand Guidelines in order to ensure the best user experience
- Participate to the platform ecosystem UX process, making sure all new developments are implemented following the platform brand guidelines
- Develop web pages and templates to support various evolutions including basic improvements, platform enhancements, and new features.
- Rapidly prototype web pages based on wireframes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, IT, and other business leaders on ArrowSPhere projects.
- Perform maintenance and updates of ArrowSphere platforms.

**Profile type:
- A strong portfolio showing 2+ years' experience directly related to design of responsive and web, preferable within e-commerce environments (in-house or consulting).
- Full proficiency in digital design and prototyping tools (Figma, AdobeSuite, etc.). Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Proactive profile, with a focus on detail, quality and results.
- Native team worker, with high communication skills and adaptability to a fast-changing work environment.
- Good level of English (we are a global team and English is our main language) and you speak french (at least B2 level)
- Agile methodology
- Graduated in Multimedia/Computer engineering or related.
