Senior IT Analyst in Document Management Systems

**Missions**
Among different DMS managed by the team, one DMS template is based on the OpenText DM eDocs software and is mainly deployed on French-speaking sites.
Reporting to DMS team manager, **missions **for this experienced DMS consultant are mainly dedicated to this particular DMS, coordinating:
- functional support (Team DMS experts, editors’ support, Service desk, other IT teams )
- specific business requirements and projects in close collaboration with French key users’ community (Analysis, specifications, data migration )
- Software upgrade for staying on supported version and limiting Cyber risks
- over full scope: from integration tests, User Acceptance tests to production release
- Knowledge base and up-to-date documentations
**Profile**
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience in a similar function
- Fluent French for best understanding and coordination of this French user’s community
- English for transversal coordination
- Experience in support management of large users’ community
- Rigorous, well-organized, pugnacious, and curious
- Capability to work in a team with a sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Advanced knowledge of DMS, ideally also in drawing management practices
- Experience and knowledge on OpenText DM eDocs, SQL, MS office suite, Service Now, Sharepoint
