Job SummaryBased in the Creative Center of Neuilly-sur-Seine & part of the Scent Technology & Innovation (ST&I) department, the Fine Fragrance Innovation team is responsible for a portfolio of technical projects, in direct support of business needs. Its members drive category-strategic initiatives, contribute to building data-driven insights, and are dedicated to developing and improving IFF tools. The team accompanies IFF’s digital transformation and supports bringing consumer desired scent solutions to the market, through collaboration with in-house creative, technical and commercial experts.
To support us in this effort, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, open-minded, and proactive apprentice.
If you’d like to...- Integrate a multidisciplinary team dedicated to solving complex technical challenges for the fine fragrance category-
- Plan technical projects, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and efficiently consolidate scientific results
Key Competencies- Preferably, a background in chemistry, physical chemistry or formulation science- Comfortable working with databases, handling structured data and generating insights- Some knowledge in perfumery science is a plus- Great work autonomy and proactiveness; out of the box thinker- Effective listening and communication skills- Adaptable, easy-going and committed team player
