You are joining the Advisory & Coverage team of the Regional Directorate Île-de-France within Natixis CIB, which is made up of 11 people. In this team, we are actively working on the development of our client portfolios and the acquisition of midcaps and upper midcaps prospects located in the Ile-de-France region. We bring them the ideas, solutions and products that are most suited to their strategy, thanks to the coordination of the different expertise of the bank and the BPCE group, both on the most strategic topics and commercial banking.

Cooperation with the BPCE Group regional banks present on the territory is also an integral part of our missions, in particular to meet the objectives of the ETI BPCE strategic plan.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

- Develop the commercial banking (13 business lines) in coordination with the consulting banker who sets the commercial strategy;
- Support the advisory bankers on important and/or potential accounts;
- Support the bankers advising on all IB topics of the accounts you are in charge of;
- Intervene in the entire credit process of these accounts;
- Manage a customer account on its own;
- Develop the customer base through prospecting actions.

As a Junior Banker / Relationship Manager, you also participate in cross-functional missions with the head of the Regional Directorate Île-de-France (monitoring ratings and limits, analysis of customer profitability, organisation of events, etc.).

You are proficient in:

- Financial analysis and financial models;
- The tools of the Office Pack, in particular PowerPoint for making Client presentations.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Demanding, curious and engaged.

You have a C1 level of English.
