**Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations Performance Team**

**About the role**

Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Operations Business Analyst, to help the operational team to optimize internal processes and better understand Operations' performances. The Operations team at Vestiaire Collective is in charge of Authentication, Quality Control, Logistics, Transportation and Customer Service.

Reporting to the VP Operations Performance and working with our Vertical teams to support our growth, your mission will be to support the Operations teams by analyzing their performance and deep diving into our data.

**What you'll be doing**

ANALYSIS:

- Run analysis to support our experts' teams and to design adequate actions plans
- Create reports to help teams make informed, data-driven decisions
- Communicate your findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders as well as to larger audiences
- Sit-down and work with various teams in order to tackle some of their pain points
- Develop dashboards and tools that will provide consistent insights, visualization and tracking into performance, KPIs or historical performance
- Work alongside Analysts to solve operational challenges

OPERATIONS PROJECTS:

- Support our Operations Project managers by providing analysis on specific business case
- Perform in depth analysis for our project managers to support their decisions
- Set control KPI & Analysis to ensure projects success

DATA ACCURACY:

- Improve our data accuracy and implement control points to guarantee the sustainability of our information system
- Document all data & KPI into our data center

BI ENHANCEMENT:

- Support our BI team to develop and enhance our data's and make it accessible to all our Ops teams
- Revamp our Ops Data architecture to improve analysis efficiency

**Who you are**
- More than 2 years of experience in data/business analytics
- Excellent proficiency in analytics
- An enthusiastic person who can adapt to multicultural environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Strong knowledge in SQL
- Be structured, organized, motivated by startup mindset (transversal topics management, wide range of topics)
- Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
- A strong interest and knowledge in Fashion / Luxury industry
- Be structured, detail-oriented, fast learner, and motivated by E-commerce
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
